The Non-Marine Property Division is well established in the London market. Writing on a world-wide basis, we offer a "one stop shop" for London brokers across most property lines. These include US MGA business written under binding authorities and Global risk managed accounts.

We provide continuity of market to our producers (the London broker) and to our clients, aligned with superior service.

The team is split into two main areas:

Open Market: World-wide ex-UK / Europe

This unit writes facultative business, ranging from risk managed, client-focused accounts to the smaller middle market business. Coverage is frequently provided on an all risks basis.

Delegated Authority

This unit only writes business on a binding authority or "delegated authority" basis. The portfolio covers a varied book, including commercial property, homeowners, inland marine and some auto physical damage. We can also provide, in some cases, commercial general liability.
