Robin Ungless appointed as property treaty underwriter

Robin Ungless appointed as property treaty underwriter at Markel International

Markel International, the specialty property and casualty insurer, has announced the appointment of Robin Ungless as property treaty underwriter within the Specialty division. Robin joins the division to write property treaty business and will strengthen the underwriting capability of the existing team.

Peter Middleton, managing director of Markel’s Specialty division commented: “Robin’s extensive experience makes him an extremely valuable member of the team. He has worked in a variety of roles and his skills, experience plus his proven commitment to underwriting profitability will be invaluable to the continued success of the division.”

Robin has more than 15 years of underwriting experience and joins Markel International from Brit insurance.
