Markel International, the specialty property and casualty insurer, has strengthened its Marine and Energy Division with the appointment of Tom Davies as liability underwriter.
Tom has eight years’ experience in marine and energy insurance and has spent the last six years at Catlin, most recently in the liability underwriting team.
In his new role, Tom will be working with energy and liability underwriter Chris Fenn to develop Markel’s marine and energy liability accounts in London and with Markel’s overseas branch network.
